Getting Recruited During Covid

This fall, in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19, employers will utilizing video-based software to conduct career fairs, meet & greets and interviews. Even before this pandemic – there has been a trend of companies opting for virtual interviews instead of face to face to allow their recruiting teams to be more efficient, complete more interviews, and create wider candidate pools.

Not only will candidates need to be comfortable creating connections with recruiters virtually but there may also be the sometimes painful task of doing one-way interviews with no one on the other side to talk with. Learn the keys to surviving this process, putting your best self forward and getting recruited in 2020.

*This session is open to all alumni and will have a focus on students going through the college recruiting process. ​​​
