Homecoming 2018 - Save the Date

DCDS Tribute Program

National Teacher Appreciation Week was the first full week in May, but we are extending the celebration of our teachers, staff, and coaches through the end of the school year!  If you direct your annual gift to the DCDS Annual Fund - Professional Development Project anytime now through June 30, we will send your honoree a personalized card in the mail or a virtual e-card notifying them of the impact they've made in your life and/or the lives of your children.  If your honoree is no longer with us but you wish to send a card to someone close to them, we would happily fulfill that request.  Gifts to the Professional Development Project will go directly to fund enrichment opportunities for our faculty and staff members.  To participate, simply make a gift online at www.dcds.edu/tributeprogram or if you would like to mail a check contact Christa Reid at (248) 430-1703.

2018 Class Reunions

Classes with years ending in "three" or "eight" will be celebrating milestone reunions this fall. The Alumni Office is looking for class reunion representatives to host these 2018 reunions. While the volunteer reunion representatives are responsible for planning the reunion in its entirety, the Alumni Office will assist with spreading the word about the events through emails, the school's social media accounts, and The Hive alumni network. Please review the DCDS Reunion Guide which contains detailed information regarding general reunion policies and the reunion representative position. If your class will be celebrating a milestone this year and you would like to volunteer as a class representative to plan your reunion, please visit www.dcds.edu/reunions.

Last Call for Annual Gifts

Help us increase our overall Alumni participation by making an Annual Gift of any amount to Detroit Country Day School by June 30th!  Gifts can be directed to a variety of projects that impact the lives of our students and alumni for years to come.  To make your gift or to see all of our giving options, visit https://give.dcds.edu/annualgiving
