As part of our social event guidance, large and small event plans, including reunions, Homecoming, Trunk or Treat, and other scheduled activities, we will adhere to our school policies and implement mitigation and safety measures accordingly. This policy includes masking indoors regardless of vaccination at this time. We will continue to assess, based on current conditions, whether to postpone or cancel large events and gatherings or host them outside when possible or significantly reduce the number of attendees for events. If organizers cannot put safety measures in place during large events and gatherings, they may choose instead to host a virtual event. We will inform our community when we have to cancel an in-person event as soon as possible. We ask that your travel and stay arrangements remain flexible and refundable as we have seen rapid fluctuations in transmission levels recently.
