Notification date: Applicants will be notified on or before March 8, 2024
ROLLING ADMISSIONS AFTER JANUARY
*Applications submitted after January 31 will be considered on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled.
FINANCIAL AID
The financial aid application's due date is January 31, 2024. Applicant families will be notified of a decision on or before March 8, 2024.
STEPS TO APPLY GRADES 4-6:
- Complete and submit the online application form along with the application fee.
- Submit all supporting application documents.
- Parent Statement
- Student Statement
- Recommendation from two current teachers and a principal/counselor.
- Release of records form
- Academic reports from the last two school years and first term/semester grades or progress report for the current school year.
- Admissions Assessment - applicants to grades 4,5, and 6 are not required to take an assessment unless otherwise requested
- Samples of your child's school work if applicable. This can be sample of your child's work in English, math, or art.
- Schedule and complete an interview and family meeting. This is our opportunity to learn more about you as an individual student and family. The meeting may be held in-person or over Zoom.
STEPS TO APPLY GRADES 7-12:
- Complete and submit the online application form along with the application fee.

- Academic reports from the last two school years and first term/semester grades or progress report for the current school year.
- Submit an Assessment. We request that applicants sit for the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) or the Secondary School Admissions Test. In lieu of taking an assessment, applicants can fulfill this requirement by submitting most current standardized assessments including the PSAT, SAT, and ACT. Our school code for the ISEE is 230330 and SSAT is 1625.
- Samples of your child's school work if applicable. This can be sample of your child's work in English, math, or art.
- Schedule and complete the interview and family meeting. This is our opportunity to learn more about you as an individual student and family. The meeting may be held in-person or over Zoom.
